10am - Qi Gong with Lisette Templin
11am - Group Meditation with Lance McDowell and Brett Warnecke
Noon - Heartfulness Yoga with Linda Didsbury
All levels of experience are welcome. Yoga mats, materials, and meditation pillows are provided if needed.
*Occasionally held on second Sunday if there are schedule conflicts.
